Customer Service Specialist
8Greens, a health and wellness company, is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, committed and health conscious full time Customer Service Specialist. Individual is creative, strategic, and enthusiastic about health and wellness.
Respond to all customer comments on relevant partner sites (Amazon) and 8Greens social media platforms for both organic and paid content.
- Working experience with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through.
- Clear communicator.
- Experience with livechat preferred.
- Experience with order management programs preferred.
- Summarize positive and negative customer reviews.
- Passionate about social media.
- 2+ years customer service experience.
- Education in nutritional supplements and or/ previous experience in the health/wellness industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent copywriting and communications skills.
- Creative thinker/planner who is not afraid to suggest out-of-the-box ideas.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Should be comfortable within a fluid and fast paced environment –role will be much more diverse given size of company.
- High school degree required.
