Why should I take 8Greens?
Our goal at 8Greens is making these 8Greens easy, quick, tasty and affordable to everyone. 90% of Americans do not get their daily minimum requirement of greens. 8Greens was made with the simple goal to boost America’s intake of greens. 8Greens has been a labor of love and commitment. Our founder, raw material supplier, manufacturer, and fulfillment house are all American. It was important that 8Greens was created and produced in a community we trusted and could stand by. We started with a simple goal, worked through 264 prototypes over 5 years, and we are really proud of the end result: a delicious tasting, healthy tablet that is produced in the USA.

How do I take an 8Greens tablet?
Drop one tablet in an 8 oz. glass of water or liquid of your choice, dissolve, and drink.
Can I take multiple 8Greens products in combination with one another?
Yes, absolutely you can. 8Green products are designed for use in combination with one another to help you address your daily needs. Always consulting a doctor to discuss your supplement regimen.
Can I take 8Greens if I am pregnant or nursing?
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are encouraged to seek the advice of their health care practitioner before starting any new supplements.
Can I take 8Greens if I am already taking other supplements?
We recommend consulting your health practitioner before adding 8Greens to your daily routine.
Can I give 8Greens to my children?
Yes, 1 serving size from ages 4 and up. Always consult a doctor to discuss your supplement regimen.
How do I store my open containers?
We suggest storing 8Greens in a cool, dry area.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. The tubes, caps and cartons are recyclable. Please refer to your local community guidelines for recycling.
Is 8Greens a meal replacement?
No, 8Greens is not a meal replacement. 8Greens was created as a convenient and tasty way to easily boost your daily intake of greens and vitamins.
Is 8Greens organic?
We have made a huge effort to source organic ingredients: wheatgrass, blue green algae, barley grass, spirulina, aloe vera and chlorella are all organic. The spinach and kale are not currently from organic-certified sources. This is something we continue to work on. All 8 greens come from growers we work with directly and whose farms and values we support.
Is 8Greens SKIN organic?
We have made a huge effort to source all organic greens in our 8Greens SKIN Tablet. Our blend of these handpicked 8 greens are sourced from certified suppliers: spinach, kale, wheatgrass, blue green algae, barley grass, spirulina, aloe vera and chlorella.
Our 8Greens SKIN Gummies is composed of 7 organic greens except for peppermint.
All 8 greens come from growers we work with directly and whose farms and values we support.
What is used to make 8Greens Effervescent Tablets taste sweet?
8Greens contains a small amount of the natural sweetener stevia. Our primary goal with 8Greens is to provide people with an easy and delicious way to increase their consumption of these most important greens. Sadly, the raw green components of 8Greens (Spinach, Kale, Blue Green Algae, Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass and Aloe Vera) have a very strong taste on their own. This is why most “green juices” you buy in stores or at juice bars contain large amounts of sugar and/or other ingredients (like apple juice) to mask this strong taste of the green ingredients.
We at 8Greens decided that stevia is the best option to sweeten the taste without adding a significant amount of sugar. Stevia is a sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the plant Stevia Rebaudiana, which has been used as a natural sweetener by the Guarani people of Brazil and Paraguay for at least 1,500 years.
Stevia is 150 times sweeter than pure sugar, allowing us to use a minimal amount to achieve the same great taste. With 8Greens, you’re getting essential greens in a great-tasting drink, without the additives and sugar of store-bought green juice.
Why do your products contain sorbitol?
We use a very small amount of sorbitol to help bind and enhance the taste of our 8Greens tablets. There is less than 1 gram of sorbitol in an 8Greens tablet which is significantly less than the amount commonly found in a single stick of sugar-free chewing gum. Our gummies do not contain sorbitol, there a great alternative to get your greens and vitamins.
Why aren’t your gummies sugar-free?
Our Gummies are not free of sugar; our team continues to investigate options to lower sugar within our products. At this time, we do not have a sugar free option that we feel is as high of quality as the current product. Sugar provides the best functionality and texture for our gummies. The gummies are another way to get 8Greens, but for those who wish to maintain a no/low-sugar diet, our tablets (Daily 8Greens, Mega Energy, Detox, and SKIN tablets) may be a more suitable choice. Tablets also provide the best pricing for daily use; a subscription 6-tube carton works out to $1 per day.
Does 8Greens contain caffeine?
8Greens Mega Energy and 8Greens SKIN both contain caffeine.
Our 8Greens Mega Energy blend consists of 100mg of natural caffeine which is equivalent to one cup of coffee.
8Greens Skin contains a small amount of caffeine, no more than 5mg per tablet, due to the Organic Green Matcha Tea; this is less than the amount commonly found in decaf tea or coffee.
If you have any specific concerns, we recommend discussing them with your doctor or a qualified healthcare practitioner. All other 8Greens products do not contain caffeine.
Can I take 8Greens if I am vegan/vegetarian?
All of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians except for 8Greens Skin Tablets and Gummies, 8Greens Gelatin Gummies and 8Greens Detox Tablets and Gummies.
How is 8Greens gluten-free when it has barley in it?
All 8Greens products are gluten-free. They do not contain any of the seed material from barley grass or wheatgrass. We are not third-party gluten-free certificate but we adhere to the FDA guidelines for being gluten-free. We test all incoming raw materials and products to meet FDA standards of being below 20ppm. If you had any concerns, we would recommend consulting your doctor before taking any new supplement.
Does 8Greens contain dairy?
8Greens does not contain any diary.
Does 8Greens contain nuts?
8Greens products do not contain peanuts or tree nuts. If you have any concerns, we advise consulting a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.
What do I do if I have an adverse reaction to your product?

How do I create an account?
After placing your subscription order and receiving the confirmation email, you will also receive an account activation prompt. Follow the easy steps to complete setup.
How do I login to access my account?
To access your account, enter your e-mail address, password and click “Sign in.” If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your Password?" button on the log in page.
How can I make changes to my account?
To make any changes to your account, please log in and click under Manage Subscription. From there you can swap products, change the frequency, update credit card details and change your delivery address.
Can I cancel my subscriptions at any time?
You can modify, skip or cancel your subscription on the “Subscriptions” section of “My Account”. You can also contact us at hello@8greens.com.
What if I am missing an item/received the wrong item in my order?
Sometimes, mistakes happen and we’d like to apologize if we’ve made one.
