By participating in the 8Greens $500 Gift Card Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1.EligibilityThe Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 8Greens, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

2.Agreement to RulesBy entering the Giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3.How to EnterThere are two methods of entry:

• Email Opt-in: Entrants can submit their email addresses through the designated opt-in form provided by 8Greens.
• On-Site Opt-in: Entrants can opt in through the form provided on the 8Greens website.

Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification. Any use of automated systems to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4.Giveaway PeriodThe Giveaway begins on 10/1/2024 and ends on 12/31/2024 11:59pm est (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5.PrizeOne (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card to be used on the 8Greens website. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution of the prize is permitted. 8Greens reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6.Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or after 12/31/2024. The winner will be notified via the email address provided upon entry within 5 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7.Odds of WinningThe odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8.PublicityBy accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9.Privacy All entrants’ information submitted as part of this Giveaway will be used in accordance with 8Greens’ privacy policy, which can be foundHERE.

10.Limitation of Liability By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless 8Greens and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

11.DisputesThe Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction.

13.Modification and Termination 8Greens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond 8Greens’ control.
