Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a product purchase from 8greens.com, please contact the 8Greens Customer Experience team at email hello@8greens.com. Our team is available Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm ET. Reports of damaged products or order discrepancies must be communicated to 8Greens within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery in order to qualify for replacement.

If you purchased your products from one of our retailers, you will need to arrange your return or exchange directly with them. 

8Greens reserves the right to approve or deny any return or refund request within or outside of the above stipulations.
