Return Policy
Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse.
However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Customer Support at hello@8greens.com for assistance. Our team is available Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm ET. Reports of damaged products or order discrepancies must be communicated to 8Greens within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery in order to qualify for replacement.
If you purchased your products from one of our retailers, you must arrange your return or exchange directly with them.
8Greens reserves the right to approve or deny any return or refund request within or outside of the above stipulations.
